WinSenga Update/ Bulletin 14.0 – Presenting of $50,000 dummy cheque MIC event

On December 13th, just days after we’d come back from the US, the Microsoft Innovation Centre at Makerere University, held an event to honour Cipher256 and also present a dummy cheque for the the $50,000 grant. In attendance were officials from Microsoft, Microsoft East and Southern Africa and the Ministry of ICT, Uganda.
